Terms of Service
Effective 19 October 2026.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of Bidoogle at bidoogle.com and app.bidoogle.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Bidoogle for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that business.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and acting for a business. You agree to give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password or sign-in link secure. Tell us promptly at hello@bidoogle.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not share your account or credentials with anyone outside your business.
3. The service and what it is not
Bidoogle finds, qualifies and helps prepare US government contract bids for small businesses, with a focus on healthcare and training services. It helps you find opportunities, compare them with your profile, draft proposals and capability statements, and track deadlines.
Bidoogle is a research and drafting tool. It is not a law firm, a procurement adviser, or your agent.
- We never file, sign, submit or represent anything in your name. You review and submit every bid yourself, on the government's own system.
- We do not guarantee an award, a shortlist, or that any bid is complete or compliant.
- We do not verify or invent qualifications, certifications or past-performance references. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and everything you submit.
- Nothing in the service is legal, tax, accounting or procurement advice. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans are Free at $0, Starter at $59 per month, Pro at $149 per month and Complete at $399 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which may be added. Paid plans renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the account page; access continues to the end of the paid period and the plan does not renew. We do not refund part of a month. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; if you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect. Stripe handles card details and we never store card numbers. Managed services are sold separately from $1,500 per month under a separate agreement and are not part of these plans.
5. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, submit false information about your business, try to reach another user's account or data, scrape or overload the service, probe or bypass its security, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, resell access without our written permission, upload malicious code, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that threatens the service or other users, and we will explain why unless the law prevents us from doing so.
6. Your content and our licence to process it
You keep ownership of what you put into Bidoogle: business details, documents, drafts, messages and contacts. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display that content only to run the service for you. That includes sending your text to our AI provider so it can generate replies. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups and records we must keep. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
7. AI-generated content
Parts of Bidoogle use AI to draft text and answer questions. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and it can state things about your business that you never told it. Treat every draft as a starting point. Read and check every statement, including eligibility, certifications, past performance, pricing and deadlines, before you submit anything. You are responsible for what you send to a contracting officer.
8. Third-party sources and availability
Opportunity data comes from public sources including SAM.gov, DemandStar, state and local procurement portals, and USAspending. Those sources can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and notices change or disappear without notice. Always confirm the details on the official notice before you rely on them. We do not control those systems. We work to keep Bidoogle available but do not promise uninterrupted service; maintenance, outages and third-party failures happen.
9. Intellectual property
Bidoogle, its software, design and the content we create are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it. Do not copy our materials or use our name or logo without permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, or that any opportunity is suitable, eligible or available to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, contracts or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to either party's fraud or wilful misconduct, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using Bidoogle at any time and close your account by emailing hello@bidoogle.com from your account address. We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service. If we end the service for our convenience, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law, survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, email hello@bidoogle.com with a description of the problem and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. If we cannot, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to those courts.
15. Contact
Bidoogle is operated by Healthcare Hustle LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Questions about these terms: hello@bidoogle.com.
