Data we hold
A plain statement of what Bidoogle stores and who touches it. The binding terms are at /terms and the privacy policy at /privacy.
What we store about you
- Your email address and a hashed password, or a one-time sign-in link if you use magic link.
- What you type into your profile: business name, NAICS codes, home state, SAM.gov status.
- Your watchlist, saved proposals, capability statement, contacts and uploaded documents.
- Messages you send to the assistant, and its replies, so the conversation can continue.
- Emails that land in your Bidoogle inbox.
Where it runs
- Hosting and database: Cloudflare (Workers, D1).
- Transactional email: Resend. Inbound mail: Hostinger.
- Assistant and bid drafting: OpenRouter. The text you send to the assistant is sent to the model provider to produce a reply.
- Opportunity data comes from public sources: SAM.gov, DemandStar, state and local portals.
What we do not do
- We do not store card details. Billing is handled by Stripe.
- We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
- We do not file, sign or submit anything in your name.
To delete your account and everything above, email hello@bidoogle.com from your account address. We confirm when it is done.
